Registration Fee and Packages

Eligibility Conditions

1. Student rates require valid proof of enrollment.
   Accepted documents include a student ID, a university-issued letter, or an official enrollment certificate.
2. PhD students are considered under the Delegate Fee category.
3. Presenter registration is required for each accepted abstract/paper.
   Co-authors who wish to attend must register separately.
4. One registration allows the presentation of one paper.
   Additional papers require a separate registration fee.
5. Discounts and special rates cannot be combined.
   Only one discount category may be applied per participant.
6. Payments must be made through the official payment portal or the approved payment methods listed.
   Bank charges or transfer fees must be borne by the participant.
7. For groups of more than 10 participants, please contact the Organizing Committee to obtain a special group rate.
8. Participants from academic partner institutions are eligible for partner discounts.
