Refund, Cancellation & Participation Flexibility Policy
If you are unable to attend the conference in person, you may:
- Transfer your registration to another participant, OR
- Defer your registration to a future conference in the same series, OR
- Opt for a virtual presentation option (if available)
Please inform us at least 14 days prior to the conference.
If you are unable to attend due to:
- Visa rejection
- Travel restrictions
- Flight disruptions or unforeseen travel issues
We will support you with:
- Transfer to the next conference edition, OR
- Virtual presentation option
Kindly share relevant supporting documents.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as travel restrictions or global disruptions):
- The conference may be rescheduled or conducted in a hybrid/virtual format
- Your registration will be automatically carried forward to the updated event
As conference arrangements involve advance commitments and costs, registration fees are generally non-refundable.However, partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at the discretion of the organizers, after deducting administrative and processing costs.
If the conference is cancelled by the organizers:
- Participants will receive a full refund, OR
- Option to transfer registration to a future event
