The 4th International Conference on Agriculture, Food Security, and Safety (AgroFood 2023) was a global platform that brought together experts, researchers, and professionals to discuss the challenges and advancements in the agro-food sector. Organized by iConferences in collaboration with the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan, and the Faculty of Agriculture, Universiti Putra Malaysia, the conference was held virtually on July 14–15, 2023 under the theme “Exploring Agro-Food Resilience and Business Adaptation to a Changing Environment.”


Co-chaired by Dr. Esther Garcia-Cela and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Norida Mazlan, the conference welcomed more than 30 participants from around the world, including Vietnam, Sri Lanka, India, Latvia, Kenya, China, Malaysia, Norway, and Cyprus. The event featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, research presentations, and interactive workshops, addressing a wide range of topics related to agriculture and food security.


Despite being held virtually, AgroFood 2023 successfully fostered knowledge exchange, networking, and collaboration among global stakeholders, making it a valuable event for those dedicated to advancing sustainable agriculture and food security.
