We understand that attending an international conference requires planning, and sometimes circumstances may change. To support our participants, we offer flexible participation options while ensuring smooth organization of the conference.
If you are unable to attend the conference in person, you may:
Transfer your registration to another participant, OR
Defer your registration to a future conference in the same
Opt for a virtual presentation option (if available)
If you are unable to attend due to:
- Visa rejection
- Travel restrictions
- Flight disruptions or unforeseen travel issues
We will support you with:
- Transfer to the next conference edition, OR
- Virtual presentation option
Kindly share relevant supporting documents.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as travel restrictions or global disruptions):
The conference may be rescheduled or conducted in a hybrid/virtual format
Your registration will be automatically carried forward to the updated event
As conference arrangements involve advance commitments and costs, registration fees are generally non-refundable.
However, partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at the discretion of the organizers, after deducting administrative and processing costs.
