Refund, Cancellation & Participation Flexibility Policy
We understand that attending an international conference requires planning, and sometimes circumstances may change. To support our participants, we offer flexible participation options while ensuring smooth organization of the conference.
If you are unable to attend the conference in person, you may choose one of the following alternatives:
- Transfer your registration to another participant
- Defer your registration to a future conference in the same series
- Opt for a virtual presentation option (if available)
In case of visa rejection, please submit official evidence from the embassy at least 14 days prior to the conference date for refund evaluation.
Events affected by force majeure will be rescheduled or converted to an online format without extra processing charges.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event are eligible for an 80% refund. No refunds are processed within 14 days of the event.
